David B. Moffett is a civil trial lawyer who limits his practice to wrongful death, personal injury and insurance cases. Mr. Moffett grew up in Florida and lives in Orlando. He received a degree in Political Science from The University of Florida, where he graduated with High Honors. He then attended the University of Florida College of Law where he was on the school's Moot Court Team and developed his skills as a trial lawyer.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Moffett began his legal practice by representing major corporations, insurance companies and their policy holders in claims involving products liability, chemical exposure, premises liability and general negligence. After many years of representing the interests of these corporations and insurance companies, Mr. Moffett now limits his practice to representing individuals who have been injured or who have a dispute with an insurance company.

Mr. Moffett has extensive litigation experience and has tried and won many cases throughout Florida. He is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Florida. He is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, which signifies his high level of competence as an attorney and his high ethical standards as rated by judges and his peer attorneys. Mr. Moffett and his wife have three grown sons.
